📦 Processing Time
Each order is lovingly packed and typically ships within 3–5 business days after purchase. During busy seasons or for special editions, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Arrival times vary, but most orders arrive within 10–21 business days. Please note: the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Sending a book as a gift? We’re happy to include a hand-written note. Just leave your message in the notes section at checkout.
📬 Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we’ll do our best to help. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, we rely on their tracking system — but we’ll absolutely advocate on your behalf to make things right.
💛 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your items, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or a little extra honey as an apology.
